What is iRyde.tv?
iRyde.tv is a vodcast -- a collection of video content that’s powered by subscription software called RSS. Just like a magazine gets delivered to your home when you subscribe, a vodcast delivers new content directly to you -- without you having to check on the website for updates.
 
How do I Subscribe?
To subscribe to iRyde.tv, you need to do a couple of things:
  1. •Download and Install iTunes --  This will also include Quicktime.
  2. •Click on the Subscribe Icon --  This will open iTunes and iRyde.tv will automatically begin downloading.
 
Making changes in your iTunes settings / preferences:
To have iTunes automatically download new vodcasts from iRyde.tv you need to:
  1. •Open iTunes, click on Podcasts in the library menu and then click on the settings button in the lower left corner of iTunes.
  2. •Select the settings which suit your vodcasting appetite.
Before you can view vodcasts from iRyde.tv on your iPod you need to:
  1. •Connect your iPod to your computer, then open iTunes and click on your iPod in the devices menu.
  2. •Click on the Podcasts tab at the top of the main window and then click on the Sync checkbox.
 
What do I get when I have subscribed?
When you subscribe, you can go directly into iTunes and have it search for new content. All the latest featured video content from iRyde.tv will automatically get downloaded for you. You can then choose to view the content right then, or download it to a portable device for later.
